Great tech.... he wasn't able to fix the issue because it is an electrical issue with my Heating and Air unit, but he did do all he was able to diagnose the issue and refer my claim to my home warranty so they can assign an electrician to my home to fix it...

Cordaryl was very communicative and truly invested in figuring out the issue my AC was having. He was honest and straight forward, very pleasant, well mannered and easy to understand . He did his absolute best to educate me on what he thought might be the issue but acknowledged that this needed a deeper diagnostic with a more experienced technician. Unfortunately for Sears they send newly licensed technicians out for an ongoing problem. This is not fair to the tech or the customer giving Sears less and less credibility….and now I'm waiting to get a 5th technician who is hopefully NOT from Sears and can figure out why my AC shakes the photos off my walls. Technician acknowledged we need a more advanced technician to diagnose this ongoing problem. He is honest and gets 10 stars from me! Sears rating? Don't ask.
