Through out the years that i have had my a/c serviced, and Audrey was the technician i could not be more satisfied. Audrey has been very courteous, efficient, and she always took time to explain was wrong, and was done to fix it. Audrey also gave me tips on how to keep up the maintenance. When i see that Audrey has come to service my a/c i feel very confident that it will be taken care. Audrey is very special !

Cal came to check our furnace. We had already had it done last week but since I have a homeowners warrenty I thought I'd get a second's opinion. We were pleased to find out that a good portion of what was recommended in the first report was not as critical as reported. Seemed like a very nice man and he's the guy we'll ask for should we have and future issues.

From the very first call, my experience with Sears Home Service for my AC repair was absolutely outstanding! Dealing with a broken AC in the Florida heat is never fun, but Sears made the entire process remarkably smooth and stress-free. The representative who took my initial call was friendly, empathetic, and efficient. They quickly scheduled a technician visit and clearly explained what to expect. The technician arrived promptly within the scheduled window and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the issue in terms I could understand. The repair itself was completed efficiently and cleanly. The technician was respectful of my home and took the time to answer all my questions. My AC is now blowing cold air again, and I couldn't be happier! Throughout the entire process, communication with Sears Home Service was excellent. They kept me updated on the technician's arrival time and followed up after the repair to ensure everything was working correctly. The whole experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Sears Home Servuce for any AC repair needs. Their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Very professional, caring and considerate with top-notch workmanship. My Heater/Furnace stopped working in 0 degree temperature, so an urgent solution/fix was needed. The broken component of the heater was very tough to source and find. Cal went above/beyond and called 4 different dealers and the part was on backorder at the local Lennox dealer. Cal worked with the company's procurement team and upper management to find multiple solutions, so the component can be found as fast as possible. Cal did it and found the part and got it installed within 2 days. He even added my service request into his busy daily route and drove to my house in the snow from across the town. Totally top notch service and care for the customer comparing to a lot of other service pros out there where they don't really care about the customer unique situations and don't offer better solutions. If we can give more than 5 stars review, we would definitely do so. We really appreciate Cal's customer service and professionalism.
