Richard has been doing the maintenance and Service on our AC unit for as long as I can remember now ( at least 5 years I would say). He is always very friendly and polite, very clean about his work and he explains what he feels needs to be done or what might need to be done in the near future. If I am the next call and he is delayed he lets me know. He is an asset to the Sears service company for sure!

I don't believe I've ever had an appliance repair on a unit that was totally down and not had to hear the words, "We have to order a part. It may take a week." These guys came out today with a brand new matching motor, not even knowing that it was going to be needed, and fixed my HVAC and tested within an hour! Thanks guys! Thanks Sears for sending a couple of great, friendly technicians!
