Appointment was between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Technician arrived around 8:20 a.m. That was definitely a plus. Technician was very thorough, kind, considerate and friendly.

Nathan was very helpful and professional. He called me at 8:00 a.m. to inform me that he will be the technician coming to my home and that he would arrive in a couple of hours. He also called me when he was on his way. During the service called he also shared valuable information about the air conditioner itself. He was very patient in answering my questions. I would give him 10 stars!!!!
