Mr. Jerome was very professional. He identified himself and ask me what I perceived to be the problem. Then he politely discussed the payment policy. He was very efficient and I felt confident in his abilities. I was very pleased with his explanation of what was wrong and what He did to resolve the issue. I am more than satisfied with Mr. Jerome's overall performance. If the highest rating were a 10, I would have no reservations in giving him a 10 rating.

We could tell that Barry knew his job well. He worked hard to test our system and answered all our questions. Our biggest complaint was not being told when he was to arrive. All the notices we received from Sears were not correct. It took 3 appts to finalize our repairs and each one caused us to stay home most of the day not knowing when he would arrive.
