Paul went above to make sure our AC was running right and stayed working. He was very flexible with my schedule and took the extra time to educate me on exactly what was wrong with my unit, how to help maintain my unit on my own, and what to look for in the future to help identify problems that may arise. I've had troubles with my AC for years that probably could have been avoided if a technician like Paul came out to fix it and educate me on the system.
