Jamie was very helpful and without his cooperation this repair could not have happened. Sears Home Services automated system is the worst I have ever experienced. My Palm Springs home AC was put for a few days and the temperature inside had reached over 112. I had to stay at a hotel waiting for the technician not knowing that he didn't get any of my instructions to call me so I could open the doore for him remotely or drive there in person. Yesterday, he went to the house and left since no one was home and he didn't know I was waiting for him away from home. You must provide a live person to help to assist people during such emergencies.
