Rob: Was late to the appointment, but it was due to scheduling issues with Sears. But when he got there he was professional and knew what he was doing, tried a couple of things on our refrigerator, and we hope now found the problem. Not sure yet, but he did his best. We will see if he iced it (no ice cubes).
