We are glad to see that Sears still has its Home Services for appliance repair. I appreciate how easy it was to locate on the internet during a search for maintenance, the automated system from start to finish, including updates, until and through the repair and payment process. Frank was very personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Donta was wonderful. Could not ask for better service. That said, the system of making a claim was horrible. It took over an hour. If it wasn't for the service providers like Donta, I would leave the program for another company.

Sears communication system is excellent. I was able to track the technician and didn't have to sit around all day waiting. He was on time, respectful, well mannered and most of all COMPETENT! He was in and out in about 40 mins. I am very please with Sears service at this point.
