Appreciated Charlie calling in advance to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very friendly and started on fixing the dishwasher. Afterwards, he ran cycle diagnostics to make sure everything was OK and no leaks. He made sure all debris was cleared and that I was satisfied with the service performed. Very professional.

Very polite and professional, Andre did a great job! He fixed the issue and there is no more grinding sounds coming from the compactor. It is working like it is supposed to. Wish all service people were as professional as Andre.
