Scott is one of the best technicians we've had work on our appliances. He knew right away what was wrong with our trash compactor, which are few and far between the area where we live. Unfortunately, because of that, parts had to be ordered and a second service call scheduled but the parts arrived when promised and installation was fast. On the other had, the original scheduling for this service was terrible. I was stood up on the original appointment and found out later that no technician was even assigned to our appointment the first time and it was a week later before I could get rescheduled. That's unacceptable but had nothing to do with Scott, the technician.
