Greg was very professional and diligent with the repair. He took time to identify the issue, although we are disappointed that Whirlpool/KitchenAid not longer makes the part needed for our ice maker. The technician Jim and Bobby did a fantastic job. Both get 5 stars however, the automated system is a terrible experience.. There is no way to connect with a real person with either a question or a problem. It shows that the company doesn't care anything about the customer. It is truly shameful but who is there at Sears to care? No one.

Robert the tech was very friendly and helpful. However the part that was needed to repair was no longer available. Robert gave me the information to try to track down a replacement part, but unfortunately advised Sears will only do this is you have a warranty with it. Again, Robert was great, Sears policies not so much.
