Jorge P was awesome. He went right to work in discovering why our refrigerator wasn't cooling and fixed it! A previous Sears service guy came two days prior and worked on the refrigerator, but failed to properly fix it! That is why We had to schedule another service call. Thank you Jorge! Sears you need to take care of him!!! Excellent customer service.

Royce was excellent. He arrived on time, worked diligently. We had a complication (resolved) and we communicated well; Royce described the problem and we arrived at a satisfactory solution. (It is tough to work on a 26 year old machine.)
