He is a professional and a gentlemen. Workmanship perfect. Called to Inform when he would arrive. Everything a customer would expect. I was not happen with Sears only using AI. I had my part available on the day they were suppose to come. They cancelled and told me I didn't receive the part needed for the repair. And two times after that. Need to improve.
