Rawle called ahead to say he will be arriving in 30 mins., and he did. He is knowledgeable, and very experienced with repairing kitchenaid refrigerators. I received a detailed description of what was wrong and what he was doing to fix It. I felt confident that at last my refrigerator is fixed. This is hours since the visit and the refrigerator is cooling, the ice box has ice, and the freezer is working. Thank you Rawle for finding the solution.

Mehrdad returned to find out why ice maker quit again after one bucket filled with ice and then quit again. He had fixed one issue the visit before, but now another issue. He found the problem and explained what had happened and why. He is a very good and knowledgeable technician.
