Don review the issue and located the problem immediately (low water pressure) removed water filter (which was not needed as I have a Reverse Osmosis system. Problem resolved!!!!!

The work done was excellent but it took over a month to facilitate the repair. The first follow-up appointment was canceled at the last moment by Sears and it was scheduled not the next day, as it should have been, but two weeks later. It is also difficult to contact a person to discuss the issues about the schedule there is no option to speak with a representative when we call.
