James on time (early, in fact), communicated effectively and with courtesy, and completed the repair efficiently. He immediately understood the problem, the cause, and the required repair, and he explained all of this clearly. Although I hope to never again need this service, I would be happy if James was the technician who is assigned in the future.

Thank you SEARS for contracting with AHS warranty and sending Drew our way! He's the kind of professional I would call for any appliance need. Other appliance repair companies would have tried to sell me a new dishwasher rather than fix our trusty 1981 KitchenAid Dishwasher. He knew we did not want a newer unit (because they don't build them like they used to) so he took the time to diagnose and find the right part to get it back up and running in no time! He fixed our 44 year old dishwasher! Tell me another appliance guy who can do that.....GREAT JOB DREW! Thank you so much!
