The tech did a great job. Sears appliance did not. They cancelled my appointment on me 3 times and delayed a week each time. And there is no person you are able to speak to. It's all AI with zero opportunity to speak to a person. When they say they rescheduled the appointment at your request, even though you did not request it at all, and it gets rescheduled for a week later, there is absolutely nothing you can do to fix the problem. They will come when they want. If they come at all. In my case I was lucky they came after waiting over a month to have them fix my refrigerator.
