Ice Machine Repair
My Tech (Eli) was very knowledgeable and professional. He had identified the problem in a previous visit and ordered the faulty part. When he came back for the installation, he again demonstrated his professional ability and quickly had the ice machine up and running. This is what customers expect and Eli more than delivered. Paul was excellent! I've never had such good experience with a service technician, you have yourself a great employee! Repair was done in a timely manner, he made sure the area was clean when he left and had great customer service skills. I'm so happy my Dishwasher is back up and running too!

service provided was good except for one thing. There is a large part of the refrigerator that was replaced and they would not take the replaced part with them. I've always experienced the service provider taking the replaced parts away. Please have them come back to take the part.

Repair person was great! Telling to use at least 70 words in a review is ridiculous. AI needs improvements. It notified me that the repair person would be here at 10:51am… then it notified me that the repair person be here at 12:56pm even though it was 1:21pm when the notification was sent.
