Mr. Bland was on time and went right to work on our Kitchenaid dishwasher. He identified the issue and proceeded with the repair. He prescribed Dishwasher Magic for periodic cleaning and a similar product for are clothes washing machine. We are very pleased.

John was working under difficult circumstances today. The initial service person had ordered the incorrect parts/made an incorrect assessment and John was also trying to help another repairman over the phone while faced with a challenging situation at my house. By the time he finished the appointment I understood the situation and appreciated his expertise, but it would have helped to explain things to me earlier. I think he is a 5/5 tech with 4/5 people skills - still quite good.
