Excellent technician, poor business model
Our technician Cal does fast and competent work. He's very personable and explains things well. The company is now relying solely on AI for their scheduling and phone services. This resulted in our scheduled timeframe (8-10am) not happening and our service happened between 2 and 4 pm. That disrupts an entire days schedule, most people don't have time to sit around all day. To reiterate, our technician did a great job and should not be penalized for the failures of the company, he communicated the scheduling situation well and informed us of the delay. AI is not the solution to all your problems, firing real people has reduced the quality of scheduling and made it more difficult for technicians to meet the timelines they are meant to.

Bernardo was fantastic every time he was here which was quite a few times so I gladly gave him 5 stars. If I was rating your company and not the servicer I would not have given you any stars . The lack of communication between the left hand and the right hand was laughable. At least 3 times if not more, (I have lost count.) the service call was rescheduled due to non delivery of the part to you. Each time I called and very specifically told you that I had the part in my possession. This last time I begged your person on the other end of the phone to put in all caps, red letters and underlined that I, the customer, had and has had for some time the part in question.
