Anthony is great. Sears needs improvement.
Once he showed up , all good! Was postponed twice before, but that's not his fault, has more to do with Sears scheduling problem.

Technician was prompt and eager to do the job. We waited several months without an oven. He pulled out the oven parts and showed me the burnt out filter board, which he replaced. My only complaint was the long time this took for first evaluation, part order and received and finally this install.
