Absolutely nothing bad or discouraging to say. Having an appliance repaired is not anything to look forward to. David called prior to arrival, then showed up exactly when said he would with a smile. Was even friendly to our giant dog! Best of all, David had no problem answering our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend Sears for appliance repair and service.

Antonio was scheduled to fix my ice maker, but in between the time he was here to diagnose and the time he came back to repair (my original repair time was pushed back due to scheduling conflicts on the Sears side) my freezer had started leaking. Antonio figured out that my drain was clogged and tackled that problem and then moved on to replace my ice maker and was still super speedy!! A++

Joel was the best part of our experience having our dishwasher repaired. He was knowledgeable, skilled, and courteous. We weren't as pleased with the automated scheduling. We had 2 separate days where we waited the full seven hour window. One of those was the first appt for analysis. The other one was at 5:30 pm to tell us at the repairman wasn't coming as scheduled. A phone message was too fast to record a website and nothing was repeated. There is room for improvement.
