Our refrigerator is still not fixed first contacted Sears 27 Dec 23, not making ice, not freezing, turning off an on about every 15 minutes , a tech has been out 5 times, this timeliness is in acceptable, fortunately I am luck and have a 30 year old side by side in the garage or else I would be spending thousands on food.

Refrigerator repair
Jose was only a helper in this job, so not his fault. The main technician is rude, unprofessional and unqualified Dealing with this repair for 3 months and still not repaired, no refrigeration for 3 months

Ripped Off
Service Rep was pleasant, however, he could have saved the trip. I indicated what brand of microwave appliance when making the appointment. They do not work on that brand. If I had bought a plan ahead of time they would have replaced the microwave. Waste of time and money.

Worst service ever
Sched a service, Wife works from home. Service guy & trainee looked at refrigerator and did nothing. Wife works from home and was on the phone and Tech's left the house. Didn't say anything or what repair was done. I still don't know? I call Tech and he won't return my call. Your company stinks!

HORRIBLE
He did not call and talk to me about the appliance. My father in law was not told what to do but they had my info to discuss the outcome! The only instruction was to unplug the fridge …. We already unplugged it and let it thaw. It didn't work! I called and I can't get information other than I need to buy a new one?!
