Good service but needs shoe covers
He fixed my issue but decided to wipe his musty shoes on my rug. I had to clean it after her left

Once the technician got there 24+ hours late, he did a good job and was helpful. Communication with Sears was absolutely horrible. They did not communicate they over booked themselves and they were going to reschedule me. I spent the whole 8-5 window waiting for them. When I try to called I could not talk to anyone, I could only push numbers that did not fit my situation. I could not get an update from them and could not talk to a person. I finally got a text the following day saying a tech would be there at 9:25. He was a couple hours later than that, but he did call me to let me know. I will never use AHS or Sears again.

This repair is in a long list of requests. I can rate better when I determine that the oven works properly. The repairman was courteous, professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable.

Got the job done. Waited six weeks for him to return to install a part my housekeeper found on floor from the first repair visit. Could have done better at dood alignment. Close enough mentality.

Technician, Joseph, did not notify me of is in pending coming. Unfortunately I have to wait until he showed up. Not his problem! However, I could have been doing other things waiting for him. In addition, the icemaker does not appear to be working correctly. It still does not transfer the ice to the ice tray correctly.

Marshall did a great job and explained things thoroughly. He did put me to work a few times, which seemed odd. I would have preferred him to do some of the cleanup and the smell of cigarette smoke really bothered me.
