Vincent; Refrigeration Repair
Vincent was able to find the water leak which was the result of a fractured water line (water dispenser) located in the rear of the refrigerator. He corrected the problem. Unfortunately there appeared to be water leakage onto the floor and drywall located behind the refrigerator with water damage. He informed me the line was fractured and replaced the line and connector; and internalized the connection. My concern is this is the second time within 3 years that this line has fractured. I would appreciate a call from your warranty/service department to discuss this recurrent problem.

Logan came out and looked at my dishwasher. He showed me the way to make sure that the water would quit leaking even though the dishwasher wasn't running. Parts were ordered and sent to my house, but there was a lot of miscommunication and confusion as far as getting him to come out a second time to install the new parts. When he finally did come out, he did a good job. He was pleasant the whole time, and I appreciate the fact that this is finally done.
Larry F,
Lincoln, CALarry Provided A Solution
Larry suggested to change the valve for the middle Kitchen Aid burner. While this would solve the burner issue the repair is too costly. He suggested that the issue was derived by lack of use of the burner. I believe it is a faulty design by Kitchen Aid. Essentially the valve is inexpensive. The labor cost is exorbitant. Sears shouldn't be charging this very costly amount for labor.

Dennis was great, very helpful however the insurance clyess denied by First American due to rodent activity. Surprise to me, didn't know they had a way to not do their obligation.

William A,
Sarasota, FLVery helpful
Ronald did a good job diagnosing the problems with my dryer and refrigerator and giving me the prices to repair them so I could make a decision on proceeding or not. The only problem was he didn't have the part needed with him and wasn't able to get back to fix the dryer for a week.
Johnna M,
Sycamore, ILBad Element
Tech brought the lower element since we had told him before hand what the issue was. Element replaced and oven turned on to preheat to 350 degrees. Told the tech to go ahead and leave since it was up to 320. Well, it never went above that.
Marty B,
