Refrigerator repair
We needed to leave our refrigerator off for 24 hours and empty for another 24 hours after the repair. It would have been extremely helpful to know this information in advance.

Christopher was fine and knowledgeable however the previous technician who ordered the parts was not very thorough. Will see if the ice maker works once it reaches temperature. If not I will be calling to address other resolutions.

Auto voice system is horrible. Cancelled my original appointment and scheduled new one which I did not want. Received email stating new appointment and didn't show. Showed next day when I scheduled another appointment. No human being to talk to to get appointment corrected. Fully auto system horrible. Never use again
