Serviceman knew the SOUNDS
Javier explained what we were hearing from the running dishwasher and what was happening in the pauses. He tested and found that the pause was not a stop of operation. I had not waited long enough for the next step of the cycle. It seems to be working correctly. If I have a problem in the next 30 days, a return appointment will be covered.

Joseph did a great job with the repair and was courteous and knowledgeable about the job. Joseph also provided great instruction regarding cleaning the dish washer for increased efficiency. The communication regarding the service arrival time was not great. The window was from 7am to 11am. Joseph arrived close to 4pm. I did not receive any email, text or phone communication about the change in schedule. I had to keep going to the website to see what was going on. It would have been nice to have someone call and explain the service time was going to change and ask if it would still work with our schedule.

Jeff provided good service after being advised "what" needed to be done. He was apprehensive at first, almost like he didn't want to do the work. Then when it was explained to him what needed to be done, he understood and agreed to do the work. I as a customer should not have to explain this to him. But in the end, he got it working. Which is all I wanted in the first place.

He took the time to analyze why our 13 yo dishwasher was leaking water. Something previous technicians had not done. We opted to replace the unit but were very satisfied with his thoroughness and patient explanations.

Dennis was very considerate and nice to talk too. I wish he looked at the appliance longer than 5 min to actually diagnose the unit. He checked that power was going to the unit and went outside to check parts and came back and said parts are not available.
