You didn't keep the time that you kept on posting. I also didn't like and find it unreasonable that you can't give a smaller window. Saying my appt is 8-5pm isn't reasonable. Most companies give you 8-12 or 12-5pm window. I waited an entire day for the technician to show up after 3. I will ask for another company next time. I used your company before and no one showed and the first tech on that previous appt didn't even diagnose the dishwasher right l and the part he requested was wrong.

Overall experience has been awful. However, Raymond came and fixed my water filter in fridge. He cleaned up area and made sure I was not charged since I had previously paid. Still waiting for ice maker to fill with ice - so far I've only had 6 cubes drop - jury is still out if we've completely fixed it or not

Service provider rescheduled due to weather. Returned and attempted to fix ice maker problem however, the ice maker is still not working. We want to reschedule for February 19th for hopefully a functioning repair completion.
