Don was the best technicians I've ever had. He was knowledgeable, super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, replacing my frig fan did not fix my frig problem. It's terribly frustrating to not be able to call and get Don back to my house to see what the problem could be. Instead, I can only talk to AI who picks a new technician for me as well at the date and time for them to come out. It's SO frustrating and it definitely is not putting the needs of clients or technicians first. Such a shame and a huge waste of time for everyone.

He was polite and professional. My only concern is that I don't have any paperwork regarding what was fixed. I don't know exactly what he did to unplug a drain? It would really be helpful to have corresponding paperwork on the service that was provided. Especially, if the problem is not resolved, we would want to know what exactly was done. Thanks.

He expkained why the dishwasher wasn't working. He fixed it. He gave me information I didn't have before. He was friendly. And he was quick to leave. Didn't take up a lot of my time.

Andrew is always polite and courteous. However, once again the machine leaks as soon as we use it. Our floor is ruined & must be replaced if we can ever get this machine to stop leaking.

My wife said he did a great job at trying to get this resolved. We have been with out a refrigerator since the end of April this year.

Bernardo and his partner did a great job of protecting the cabinetry, flooring and refrigerator. Also did a great job of cleanup afterwards. Very nice to work with. Unfortunately the control panel was not installed correctly and needs to be redone. The vent at the bottom looks to be broken on the right side. Please contact so that this can be resolved.

Anthony was fine with his support of rectifying our problem. However, Sears Home Services postponed our service "due to circumstances beyond our control" three times in a row, making the "fix" to our refrigerator over three months with all the postponements. Although our service man was good, the service provided by Sears was much less than adequate, and very frustrating to have our refrigerator in less-than-serviceable for three months.
