Service on appliance
The tech Willa was very good, she was efficient. The scheduling from the company was less acceptable. Scheduling service from 8am to 5pm and not receiving actual service not until approximately 5:30 destroyed the entire day.

Kevin fixed the problem, and for that I'm grateful. Although polite, he was not the most professional with side conversation. He was a little impulsive. For example, I asked him to explain the process involved in changing out the rubber gaskets, showing him where ours are damaged and taped. He reached for the gaskets during the beginning of his explanation and I kindly interrupted and asked again to be gentle and careful because ours are damaged and I don't have the new parts to replace yet. He continued on and pulled off the gaskets showing me how to remove them. I again had to ask him "please stop". (This was not the reason he was here.) He also was aggressive with lifting my refrigerator by the open French doors which stresses the joints/hinges. Again, I'm grateful for the proper fix, he was just a bit rough around the edges for my taste. I would not ask for him to come back.

Marvin was a nice guy and seemed to know what he was doing. Unfortunately the ice maker is not making any ice. No phone number is available anywhere I have looked so I don't know how to get action.

Raymond arrived at the estimated time and looked at the microwave and said parts were not available for repair. No change because I purchased the protect appliance plan. Disappointing that it cannot be repaired.

Hamayoon seemed very knowledgeable and professional. The first technician that came, was to busy listening to something on his cell, some type of speech. Took off the front grill for some reason, put it supposedly back on, after he left it fell off. Hamayoon had to reattach it.

New part we paid for was installed on 2/17/26 and after 24 hours our refrigerator is still hot. Doesn't cool at all.

He was efficient, although not very helpful in any way. Service call fee is too high for a technician to come out and not be permitted to touch anything and look over the situation.
