Sears Home Services managed the 3 Home visits for this repair: Pro: Constantine the Tech was knowledgeable, courteous, on-time, and a pleasure to work with. Cons: 1. He did Not have "blankets, rags/paper towels, water drain pan" to clean up nor protect our porcelain tile floor from the Dishwasher being removed-tipped over with metal touching the Tile. I had to provide these. Constantine replied that Dishwasher crew does not carry the above. 2. The Refrigeration Crew (prior crew) had theses; and ordered the part. The First crew did no diagnostic only--waste of time. 3. Working with automated system was a nightmare. 4. My scheduled repair date was lost. Had to be rescheduled. 5. Will avoid Sears Home Services.
