Service was for dishwasher. Technician was professionally dressed and a veteran of Sears. Explained things well. He arrived on time. I am very satisfied with the service.

Nate came to our house and got the dishwasher fixed. At least we hope it is fixed. The part that Sears sent us was broken the first time so he ordered another part. He installed it. It is running quietly so far.
