Rapid appointment making. Accurate prii oh ceasing. Good updates on arrival time. Polite, competent. Quick to troubleshoot and get to the root. Very good communicator. Issue solved. Also thought us how to prevent reoccurrence. Don't hesitate to contact Sears Home Services. Still the same good as when Sears was on their peak. OnLine appointment works very well too.

It seems like Sears Home Warranty is run by bots and heaven help you if you have a request that's not on the bots menu. It is virtually impossible to contact a real live human being. Accordingly, I intend to cancel the contract with Sears Home Warranty.
