Knowlegeble, competent,friendly.Showed me important info about my icemaler no one has ever explained.Good to see there are some sears service that still care about the customer.I cant get anything done with a notworkingrepair on stand up freezer under sears homewarrenty.They are impossible.

Kenneth was very knowable and quickly found issue with refrigerator. Part was ordered and he came on day promised with part and fixed refrigerator cooling issues.
