Hung did a good job and was pleasant. Scheduling was a complete nightmare, having to wait in 3 separate days and 3 no-shows. That was due to Sears not the technician. Many guarantees made, none delivered, including being given non-working numbers to call on during my many calls to try and resolve. The Sears experience over the past week has been absolutely appalling - I've never seen anything like it. Negative star rating for Sears!!
