Kris from Victorville spent quite a bit of time overhauling the fridge that we hadn't used for some months because we were afraid of water leakage. We had had a damaging previous leak. He replaced most water lines outside and inside the unit, checked everything thoroughly, and got the dispenser and ice maker working properly again.

Though not cheap, I had a great experience from setting up appt on line & the nx day with repairman, James, who came out on time and saw the issue and went back out to get the part needed & returned & completed the job. From start to finish less than 2 hrs. James was courteous and professional. Would use Sears again!

The technician was personable and knowledgeable He clearly explained what he was doing. His initial diagnosis for why the ice marker was not working turned out to incorrect. He eventually surmised that the reason was a faulty micro board. He did not have the part in his truck to replace it, He clearly explained the next steps.
