Daniel was my service representative today. He was very knowledgeable, and diagnosed my compactor's issues immediately AND resolved them. This my second request for Sears to come to my home and BOTH times I have been impressed with first the knowledge of the service representatives and secondly the politeness, and attentiveness. Thank you so much Sears for screening your employees to be the absolute best in their field. Know they do not upsell their services. Honesty, integrity, and fairness is truly expressed. Thank you Sears. AND thank you Daniel for leaving my compactor in great repair.

Very nice very polite. Very helpful. Dishwasher cannot be serious but I'm asking you to please replace it as soon as possible. It's been six weeks without a dishwasher. I think that's ample time. Just submit it.
