He's very nice and professional. I hope this puts our problem to rest finally. We have had service performed numerous times on our refrigerator. Shortly after these repairs, the unit would break down again. We've been on the plan for about 6 years and our patience is running very thin with the service challenges. Thank you

The LEAK started in January! I called for appt. This is NOW August 16. A very long time for a 74 and 79 year old customers to be without a dishwasher! Matthew is the 3rd repairman. He is FANTASTIC !!! Has repaired things before for us. Always professional, honest, well mannered, highly knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and gets the job done. We can always depend on his service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All this time, trouble, calls for appointments, worry and washing dishes for over 7 months…could have been repaired in January if Matthew had been our repair person.
