I am sorry I didn't understand the deductible onmy claim. I did have a good experience with the repair gentleman. He was very informative and polite he found the problem right away. Have no issues unless my washer doesn't leak anymore. Was the pump inside the washer. I had two grandsons here and my son and brother came in. Really didn't know how Jim could do anything with the noise at that time. He didn't complain just kept repairing . My washer.. thank you great

Took the time to install the items that were ordered by another tech 2 weeks ago. the install was difficult and the other tech had broken a part trying to get it out. Shailendra did a great job

He corrected a problem caused by another repair person (different company). Came in a timely fashion, courteous and knowledgeable! Don't wish to need another repair but would ask for him again.
