Tyrone was great...did a more thorough cleaning than we have had in years, and was easy to work with. Completely satisfied. As with all the technicians we have had here. However, Sears customer service is now non-existent. You can no longer talk to a person or send an email. For almost 25 years we have had one tech able to service our 3 appliances at one time, which I would arrange by phone...but It took me an hour of searching all over to find that I now must schedule 3 separate visits to do our annual servicing, on different days. An inconvenience for us and the techs. No way to ask a question or lodge a complaint. Chat is a bot. Every # went to the same voicemail. All the website talk about serving the customer is all words and no action. I am through with Sears.
