Cancelled at the last minute
This review isn't really about Steve, as he did a fine job. However, the first appointment we had with him was cancelled six minutes before the appointment window, leaving us without a working refrigerator for 4 extra days. It was incredibly disruptive. The last minute notice combined with not having a replacement means that I would not recommend Sears Home Services to others.

When David proceeded with the repair he noticed that the drain was plugged and that was part of the problem. After further investigation he realized that only the fan needed to be replaced and not the heater. Overall David did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend your service.
