I was with another extended warranty company. I have been without lights in my refrigerator since April. The other company has promised service since April. Nothing has happened I canceled with them and purchased a Sears Home Warranty. They were out in a week and replaced my burned out LED light in five minutes. I'll be staying with Sears for service. Frank was exceptional. He was kind, friendly, and kept us informed throughout. We are so grateful for him coming into our home to help identify the issues with our oven.
