Dishwasher
Very personable and knowledgeable about the dishwasher. We are somewhat perplexed about the lack of a phone number for the repair company as we had specific questions. The communication process is substandard. However, Brandon was great. Not his fault about the robotic non-communication with the company.

I have 20 year old built in kitchen Aid refrigerator. There were noise from frozen chamber and defrost timer problems. He fixed properly and it is running great now. He came in a reasonable time and did repair. He is good and reliable.
