He replaced a fuse I did one load and melted several dishes. I never had this problem. It has completely dead. I was a customer service and warranty. Now that my dishwasher has stopped working and it would be the 18th before a tech came. In my world when you repair and the customer has to get repaired then should want to take of come backs I should be open to help. I'm 71 and have crippled up my hands. I have been a loyal customer of Sears my whole life this is not the Sears I knew.

Lorenzo showed up on time, well within the appointment window. He got straight to work and explained everything to me as he went through his checks. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had all the necessary parts to affect repairs, he was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. within a short time he had repaired and cleaned our dryer and ran diagnostics and cleaned our washer as well. What a wonderful repairman you have I hope you treat him very well.

Barry came to fix our dishwasher. The appointment was from 8am to 5pm but Barry called mid morning to let us know he would be arriving early afternoon so we did not have to wait in the morning for him. He came and diagnosed the problem quickly and had the necesary part on his truck which he installed. He explained everything and acted in a very professional manner. All repairmen should be like Barry.
