Taylor was very through, took his time and informative on how to maintain our appliances to operate effectually. I would have no problem having him do any repairs for me.

Rockville, MDTech Alexander H service
Alexander H was our service tech for all appliances. He got right onto the preventative maintenance of the appliances and asked me of any issues with any. One of the appliances he said that I will need to contact Sears to address and issue going on with it. Thank you, Linda Morris

He was on time, pleasant and professional. There was paving in my complex that prevented him from parking close by and was great about it. Efficient, done to my satisfaction. Thank you, Eduardo!

Patrick G,
Cranberry Twp, PAGreat Tech, Losey Automated Phone System!!
Both Technicians Sears sent out were extremely nice, very professional, did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Sears automated only contact system is absolutely awful, and believe me, I've resisted using the strong language it truly deserves. Sears system doesn't allow you to have any contact with a humanbeing. You can't even reach the tech(s). There's no way to accurately determine what parts have been ordered, when they might be delivered or their status. Oh Sears sends you "updates" and of course tells you to visit their website, but they're late, inaccurate or both. My appointment was today between 8:00AM and 5:00PM (absurd in itself). Late morning, I received an electronic "update" stating I should be prepared for the Technician's arrival in two days, but had today's date for the appointment. This is similar to the electronic notification I received from Sears telling me the parts were being ordered days after I had received them. Of course, upon checking the parts, I found some were missing, some duplicates of parts the refrigerator only has one of, but try calling Sears or going on their website to let them know because you want to save the tech a three hour wasted trip. It isn't an option on their automated system or website, nor is reaching a human. I can offer more examples but this gives you an idea of what Sears put me through. Apparently this is the kind of thinking Sears used when they drove their retail stores off a cliff. Great Tech's, lousy management.
