Very nice man
Was not able to do anything because after many weeks of waiting for appointments, parts etc. Alfonso was the one that realized that they no longer make the part needed to make the repair. What a waste of 2 months!!

so the technician did a fine job but the system from Sears could be better , the technician could consult with your Refrigerator sales folks and offer the amount to repair versus the cost to replace with a similar Refrigerator. Had you done that , i probably would have ordered the replacement
