Luis did great as the service person. The problem we had was with the appointments. I have a chain of text that are just crazy! I will request a different company for future repairs.

Kent did a wonderful job. Fixed both our dishwasher and dryer. However, not related to Kent is your computer/text system. You expect confirmation of appointments yet there is only a way to cancel or reschedule. Then threaten to cancel appointment and at that time is the first time you can confirm. Also e-mails were sent the day after they were written in some instances. Need to be able to speak with a PERSON! Also had to call 2 different numbers and get two different appointments to have 2 appliances repaired.
