Terrence was the first rep to do diagnostic & also who came today. He is great! I must say though that Adam was scheduled for last Friday & kept on saying running late up to 6:45 at night and then just rescheduled for Monday without even the decency of a phone call. UNACCEPTABLE! And then there is no way to call your company and speak to anyone?? Technician great company not so….

Tecnitian always are great on the other hand phone service are inaccurate they don't have a clue what they are talking about they do not know anything always miss information. Not one are in same page. Automatic service awful American guy speaking Spanish hard to understand. Hard to comunicarte whit real people whit the correct information.
