Sears Tech Kevin diagnosed the problem, located and secured the needed parts, installed same, and thus far our dishwasher is once again 100%. Thanks to Sears for the warranty coverage, and to Kevin for the service.

Sam was most professional and knowledgeable . Thank you fofr having service people of his caliber. I am not pleased with the service I received regarding this repair, however. I waited all day Friday which was the day scheduled and did not learn until that afternoon that the tech was not coming and noone would be coming until Monday. I spent the entire weekend sopping up dripping water fearing it would go into my dining room and destroy the carpet. There is no way to contact you other than three selections on a automatic system.
