Darius our technician was wonderful. He diagnosed several possible issues that were causing the problem with our refrigerator. I don't know if this will be the final request for repair since we've had an ongoing problem since we bought it, but the technicians do their best to diagnose and treat. However, Darius really stood out as he did the most to help us with this continued issue we have with this refrigerator. He took the time to answer all my questions and replaced a lot of parts. He is very professional, quick and efficient. Thank you Darius for your hard work.
